This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, verify a release, release a person, post bond, or pull official booking material. For an official answer or a record request, use the responsible Snohomish County office or court directly.

Official Snohomish County Record Routes

Begin with the resource that matches the question. The Snohomish County Jail Register is the live current-custody route. It includes County, Lynnwood, and Marysville jail populations, so check the listed housing facility. The public register shows selected fields and does not normally provide a public booking photo.

For a qualifying jail-record request, use the County’s Requesting Jail Records directions. The County accepts jail-record requests by mail, in person, online, email, or fax. A tailored request should include the name, dates, and available booking or subject number. The public daily register has limited fields; other confined-person records are subject to RCW 70.48.100 confidentiality limits.

The County lists $0.15 per paper page, $0.10 per scanned page, $0.05 for every four uploaded electronic files, $0.10 per GB transmitted electronically, and actual cost for media. Fees do not promise release of a restricted record. Under RCW 42.56.520, an agency’s initial response is due within five business days, but that can be an acknowledgment, a time estimate, a clarification request, or a denial with an exemption, rather than production within five days.

Courts, Warrants, and Other Custody Systems

  • For a later case outcome, use the County’s criminal case information gateway and the court of record. Superior Court uses Odyssey and the Clerk; District Court records and procedures are separate.
  • For a warrant question, start with the County’s Outstanding Warrants page. District Court handles misdemeanor-warrant information at 425-388-3331, while the Clerk’s felony-warrant line is 425-388-3466. The page is not a definitive name-search result.
  • For a person sentenced to Washington prison, use the Washington Department of Corrections incarcerated-person search. Federal Bureau of Prisons and ICE detainee locators are separate federal systems, not Snohomish County jail records.
  • For optional custody-status notifications, Washington VINE is separate from the jail register and does not provide a booking-photo archive.
